Who we are

DuoGive is a product of Vantrum, Bradenton, Florida, USA. You can reach us at hello@duogive.com.

What we collect

The demo request form

When you ask for a demo we store what you type: name, email, organization, role, organization type, approximate gift volume, current tool, and your message. We also store the page you submitted from, any marketing tags in the link you arrived on (utm parameters), your country as reported by our network provider, your browser's user-agent string, and a one-way hash of your IP address used only to limit abuse. We do not store your IP address itself.

Server logs

Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps short-lived request logs (IP address, URL, timing, errors) to operate and protect the service. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across sites.

Cookies

The website sets no cookies of its own. Cloudflare may set a security cookie during bot verification on the demo form.

Fonts

Typefaces load from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests a file from Google and Google sees your IP address for that request. Google's statement on this.

Why we use it

To reply to your demo request, to schedule and follow up on it, to understand roughly how people find the site, and to keep the form from being abused. We don't sell or rent this information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Who else sees it

Cloudflare (hosting, database, bot protection), located in the United States. If you book a call, the calendar and video tools we use will process your name and email. Email notifications about new requests may be delivered through a transactional email provider. We do not share your details with anyone else unless the law requires it.

Where it lives and for how long

Form submissions are stored in a Cloudflare D1 database in the United States. We keep them for up to 24 months after our last contact with you, then delete them. Request logs are retained by Cloudflare for a short period under their own policy.

Your choices

Email hello@duogive.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll do so within 30 days. If you're in a jurisdiction with specific privacy rights (for example the EU, UK, or California), those rights apply and you can exercise them the same way.

Changes

If this policy changes we'll update the date at the top. Material changes will be noted here for at least 30 days.
