DuoGive started as a custom platform for a community charitable trust in Southwest Florida whose matching program had outgrown a WordPress donation plugin and a spreadsheet. The trust needed to see every gift, apply its match rules, forward one check per gift, and tell the agency — without re-keying anything.
We built that system, moved years of donation history into it, and ran it alongside the old site until the trust was ready to switch. Along the way the requirements turned out to be the same ones any matching program has: rules with caps, exceptions with reasons, agencies that come and go, recurring donors, receipts, and a board that wants numbers that reconcile.
DuoGive is that platform, made available to other foundations and trusts. The name is the idea: two gifts — the donor's and yours — arriving together.
Who makes it
DuoGive is a product of Vantrum, a software and managed-services company in Bradenton, Florida. We build and operate systems for organizations that don't have an engineering team of their own, and we stay on as the people who keep them running.
How we work with you
Setup is done with you, not handed to you: we load your agencies, configure your match rules, connect your payment accounts, and import your history. After launch, you have a direct line to the people who built the platform. Changes to rules, categories, templates, and branding don't need a developer.
Pricing
Pricing is a flat monthly fee based on program size, with setup and data migration quoted up front. There's no percentage taken from gifts. Ask for a quote with your approximate annual gift count and we'll send one.
